We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Lead Product Manager, Platform Seller Leads , to own the core systems that match high-intent seller leads with the best-fit real estate professionals, driving significant business impact and maximizing agent success. This strategic role will be critical in evolving our seller lead infrastructure, leveraging data and algorithms to optimize routing and performance, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for both our consumers and our agent partners.

Requirements

  • 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; preferably within a marketplace, real estate, or B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience or deep familiarity working with data science, machine learning, and matching algorithms
  • Proven track record of defining, owning, and scaling complex platform products, particularly those involving advanced lead matching, routing logic, and data-driven optimization.
  • Deep understanding of the entire B2B lead generation lifecycle, lead qualification, and professional partner performance dynamics.
  • Demonstrable experience leveraging data and analytics to make product decisions, define success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), and drive measurable business impact (e.g., revenue/lead, close rate).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex product strategies to both technical and executive audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with platform modernization and/or migration projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with agent/user success tools, AI/ML concepts, and building performance-focused user interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: You will develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our core lead platform, ensuring alignment with the company's objective to grow market share and drive revenue. You will own and prioritize the product’s roadmap, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic investments.
  • Marketplace Efficiency & Optimization: Define, launch, and iterate on sophisticated matching and lead distribution algorithms to optimize the flow of value through the platform to maximize platform conversion and unit economics.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You will leverage platform data, analytics, and data science recommendations to inform product decisions, validate hypotheses, and drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for performance gains and strategic investment.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary product leader for internal and external stakeholders regarding the platform's strategic roadmap. Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution and launch.
  • Customer Enablement: You will partner with the Product Manager of Seller Client Experience to develop and deliver customer-facing UI experience, materials, training, and documentation to support new features and drive adoption.
