The Lead Product Manager at mParticle will be responsible for championing the customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) strategy for the core mParticle platform. This role involves refining the overall customer experience, overseeing design principles, navigation, onboarding, feature adoption, UI performance, and consistency. The successful candidate will work closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to create a market-leading experience, while also managing the UX Design Team and guiding the product strategy and roadmap.
