About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to join its Personal Lending team within Consumer Lending. This role focuses on managing the investment process, establishing customer feedback routines, and overseeing key aspects of the product's P&L and strategy. The Personal Lending team is responsible for various lending products, including Personal Loans and Flex Loans, aimed at empowering customers to achieve their financial goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, or change delivery experience.
  • Experience with consumer lending products, preferably within the personal loan space.
  • Product management experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) drivers.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into delivery themes.
  • Experience navigating through ambiguity and influencing within a matrixed environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to present information persuasively at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree, MBA or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop or influence business plans, product requirements, and evaluations of new product lines and product expansions.
  • Manage the investment process for personal lending, including assessment of tech investment requests and creating presentations for leadership.
  • Manage the cost optimization program, collaborating with product, risk, finance, and operations to evaluate opportunities.
  • Analyze voice of customer feedback and establish new evaluations and reporting as needed to inform product strategy.
  • Use data and cost benefit analysis to inform product roadmap and features.
