About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team in Philadelphia. You will drive the continued development and expansion of LS&H R&D Portfolio . You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and influencing commercial decisions across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape intelligence solutions for the pharmaceutical industry . You'll be responsible for defining, launching and leading new product opportunities to drive market growth. Reporting to the VP of Product Management and working with key stakeholders across Technology, UX, Sales and Marketing, you should demonstrate the ability to translate complex market challenges into successful solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of experience within Life Sciences or biopharma business industry.
• 10+ years bridging product strategy and customer-facing technical consulting in life sciences enterprise software .
• Experience working directly with Cortellis products.
• Proven client‑facing experience with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience presenting to C‑level executives and senior leadership.
• Excellent oral and written English communications.

Responsibilities

• Work with the product management team to maintain and evolve the product roadmap for new product opportunities.
• Engage directly with clients and prospects to identify pain points, validate developments, and advocate for customer needs internally.
• Deliver roadmap alongside Technology and UX teams, manage product backlog and prioritization with available resources.
• Drive growth for your products and support expansion into new segments and related product portfolio.
• Partner with commercial teams on strategy, provide training and demos, track adoption metrics.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure product success.
