About The Position

At Tilt (formerly Empower), we see a side of people that traditional lenders miss. Our mobile-first products and machine learning-powered credit models look beyond outdated credit scores, using over 250 real-time financial signals to recognize real potential. Named among the next billion-dollar startups, we're not just changing how people access financial products — we're creating a new credit system that backs the working, whatever they're working toward. We need someone to lead our line of credit product(s) through a period of rapid growth. This role will identify new constructs to improve the value proposition for our core Advance consumer.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years leading complex financial products.
  • Demonstrated record of shipping high-value product experiences.
  • Confident working with SQL and collaborating closely with Data Science and ML teams.
  • Experience running user research and expressing the user perspective in delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) — able to craft narratives, roadmaps, and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the roadmap and strategy surrounding line of credit products at Tilt.
  • Define target customer and establish an opinionated graduation POV.
  • Successfully launch and scale a new line of credit product within the first 6 months.
  • Earn broad cross-functional partner trust by working deeply with Design, Engineering, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success weekly.
  • Put in place a culture of measurement, iteration, and continuous improvement in the product area.
  • Establish dashboards, feedback loops, and ongoing optimization.
  • Build a culture around high-impact, reliable delivery for the team.
