Ready to make a difference? Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together Our mission is to make data trustworthy and actionable so teams can deliver smarter consumer experiences. We are evolving the Experience Data Platform to unify fragmented data and enable AI-ready, real-time activation that simplifies and personalizes healthcare. This role plays a key part in delivering capabilities partners can adopt quickly and operate with confidence. You will thrive here if you enjoy complex problems, cross-functional collaboration, and visible impact. Reporting to the Director, Identity & Privacy, the Lead Digital Product Manager is responsible for translating our identity and privacy strategy into tangible products, capabilities, and experiences that enable trusted, compliant use of consumer data across the Experience Data Platform. Embedded with one or more Identity & Privacy engineering pods, this role focuses on the end-to-end product lifecycle for identity and privacy capabilities - such as matching, consolidation, verification, consent management, and privacy controls - so that marketing, analytics, AI, and other stakeholders can confidently use data while protecting consumer trust. The Lead Digital Product Manager will actively own and evolve one or more identity and privacy product areas. This includes shaping the product vision and roadmap, leading discovery with business partners, defining requirements, prioritizing work in collaboration with the assigned pods and broader Engineering teams, and measuring adoption, performance, and compliance. The role partners closely with Architecture, Engineering, Legal/Privacy, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure that solutions are impactful, feasible, and compliant with policy and regulation. This role requires advanced product management skills, comfort with complex data and identity environments, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. The Lead Digital Product Manager independently leads complex initiatives, owns one or more product areas end-to-end, serves as the primary product counterpart to the assigned pods, and collaborates with cross-functional and executive stakeholders to drive decisions. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
