About The Position

Hims and Hers is redefining wellness and healthcare with a fully integrated consumer, clinician, and pharmacy experience designed for the way consumers want to be treated today. As a Lead Product Manager, Growth, you will lead the product roadmap for one of our key treatment categories, examples include Sexual Health, Weight Management, Hair Regrowth, Mental Health, Skin Care, and Testosterone Support.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, working collaboratively with engineering and design teams.
  • Experience in a growth or consumer-oriented product management role.
  • A track record of building and shipping products that customers love and drive meaningful business impact.
  • Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment.
  • Ability to dive deep with engineers to make technical tradeoff decisions and summarize it all for non-technical stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative customer experience features.
  • Break down complex, behind-the-scenes projects into discrete phases that deliver value to users and the business incrementally.
  • Consolidate feedback from marketing, operations, medical, and technical stakeholders to develop strategies to accelerate the adoption of treatments.
  • Guide and support a team of engineers to help them achieve the right balance between enabling growth and ensuring a stable and accurate experience for our users.
  • Help influence short to long-term roadmaps, and drive long-term scalability, balancing with day-to-day improvements.
  • Maximize efficiency in a fast-growing company with a constantly evolving environment.
