Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of mature Integrated Contract offers, with a primary focus on minimizing revenue decline and facilitating customer migration to next-generation VoIP and fiber solutions. The portfolio includes AT&T Business Network (ABN), OneNet, VTNS, VPN Value Bundle Express (VVBx), and Fiber Broadband Bundle. Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate contract renewal and pricing policies to support ongoing customer retention and business objectives.
  • Review and update custom contract language to reflect evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and revise service guides, product documentation, and related materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify root causes and resolve system billing errors in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with internal audit and remediation requirements, maintaining rigorous standards across all product lines.
  • Plan and execute the retirement of features, offers, and products as appropriate, coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless transitions.
  • Drive and improve processes to migrate customers from legacy to strategic products, partnering with other product managers to maximize migration rates and enhance customer experience.
