Founded by studio owners in 2018, we provide powerful automation, payments, and digital tools. Our mission is to give studio owners the freedom to run and scale their businesses efficiently, empowering them to focus on making a lasting impact in their communities while delivering a best-in-class product and a supportive community. We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to own and elevate the user experience across the MyStudio platform. This role will combine product thinking, UX strategy, and visual design leadership to ensure our platform is intuitive, efficient, and delightful to use. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to shape product experiences that drive adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

7+ years of demonstrated experience owning product design for complex web applications, from discovery through final implementation.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
Experience designing data-heavy dashboards, workflows, or business software.
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma preferred).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and product teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in startup or fast-growing SaaS environments.
Experience building or maintaining design systems.
Familiarity with UX research methods and usability testing.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of intuitive and scalable user experiences across the MyStudio platform.
Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions.
Define UX patterns and maintain design consistency across the product.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Deliver production-ready designs and collaborate closely with engineers during implementation.
Maintain and evolve the MyStudio design system.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights from customer interactions.
Translate feedback and product data into actionable design improvements.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product direction and prioritize features.
Work with Customer Success and Support teams to understand user pain points and opportunities.
Establish UX best practices and design standards.
Mentor designers (if applicable) and champion a strong design culture.
