About The Position

Accountabilities Build positive & collaborative relationships with product, engineering, and research teams. Develop deep expertise across multiple product areas. Quickly prototype solutions to visual and interaction problems. Engage with users to understand their pain points. Design experiences that are simple, elegant, and address real problems. Use remote tools to create wireframes and design in Figma. Validate product ideas through experimental design. Deliver high-quality work while maintaining speed. Mentor junior designers to build empathy for users. Represent users in product strategy discussions. Review product designs and provide constructive feedback. Actively mentor designers in the team.

Requirements

• Experience designing modern SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing UX, interaction, and visual design.
• A passion for solving complex problems with design.
• Expert knowledge of the end-to-end iterative design process.
• Familiarity with user research, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong collaboration skills with other designers.
• Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities.
• At least one year of experience managing a team.
