Role Summary Auris is looking for a Lead Product Designer who can raise the bar for craft, elevate systems across the product, and bring clarity to complexity. This is a hands-on role for a designer who thrives in deep product thinking, scalable architecture, and cross functional collaboration.You’ll lead design for high-impact initiatives across web and mobile, refine how users move through our most critical workflows, and shape the evolution of our design system in partnership with Neuron. You’ll influence process, mentor designers, and bring a thoughtful, systems-minded approach that advances the quality and cohesion of our product experience.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience designing SaaS or enterprise-grade applications
  • Mastery in UX fundamentals, interaction design, and visual design craft
  • Demonstrated success designing complex, data-heavy, or workflow-driven products
  • Confidence leading initiatives from concept to ship, with measurable outcomes
  • Advanced Figma skills, including components, tokens, and large-scale systems
  • Familiarity with Jira, ADO, and agile cross-functional processes
  • Clear communication, structured thinking, curiosity, humility, and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end design of core Auris features across web and mobile
  • Translating UX Research insights into thoughtful, elegant product decisions
  • Mapping complex workflows into clear, intuitive user journeys
  • Producing flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes in Figma
  • Strengthening and scaling the Auris Design System alongside Neuron
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners
  • Facilitating critiques, design reviews, and alignment workshops
  • Mentoring junior and mid-level designers as the team grows
  • Advocating for design quality, accessibility, usability, and systems consistency
