About The Position

As the Lead Product Designer at AirOps, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product experience and defining the visual and functional direction of our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, and leadership—to craft intuitive, delightful, and high-impact solutions that solve real problems for our users. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on designer and builder who thrives in high-velocity environments and is passionate about designing world-class products in a fast-growing startup.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Enjoy building solutions tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Figma Make (or similar)
• Proven track record of leading zero-to-one product initiatives and scaling design systems
• Passion for using technology and design to solve challenging problems

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for new product features: from research and ideation through prototyping, user testing, and final delivery
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, set design direction, and ensure executional excellence
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language and design system across the platform
• Champion user-centric and data-informed design decisions that align with business goals
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable solutions
• Experiment with emerging design tools and AI-powered workflows to drive innovation and efficiency
• Mentor and inspire other designers (and non-designers) to elevate design thinking throughout AirOps
