Responsibilities As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll: Design end-to-end experiences that bring the power of AI into the Strategy Collection apps workflow Lead end-to-end design for Strategy Collection initiatives: from strategy and discovery to detailed execution, ensuring world-class design from framing the problem to delivery. Frame and simplify complex problems, balancing customer, partner, and business needs. Mentor designers across the team, providing coaching, critique, and guidance. Evolve and scale design systems across Strategy Collection apps and its touchpoints. Partner across Atlassian, aligning Strategy Collection with broader ecosystem, platform, and growth priorities. Advocate for customers and partners, leveraging data, research, and experimentation. At Atlassian, Lead designers are expected to: Scope & Complexity: Operate at high complexity, ambiguity, and scale. Anticipate challenges across teams and products. Influence & Leadership: Influence leaders across disciplines, set design direction, and align strategy.
