Atlassian acquired Loom to lead in remote first, asynchronous work. With Loom's video expertise and Atlassian's team collaboration understanding, we aim to innovate and empower customers for richer collaboration. Join us on our mission to make the impossible possible. Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company. We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Product Designer to drive the end-to-end design vision and execution for the Loom Meeting Recordings Core Experience work stream. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Design, User Research, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and the wider Loom team to deliver delightful, reliable, and cohesive meeting experiences. Your work will directly contribute to shaping the future strategy of Loom and Atlassian’s Teamwork Collection. As Lead Product Designer, you’ll operate as a high-impact individual contributor. You’ll design intuitive user flows and help set a high quality bar for visual and interaction design. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, cares deeply about user experience, and is comfortable driving strategic design direction. You’ll report into the Head of Design, Loom Workflows. This is a remote role. To help our teams work better together, you must be located between PST and EST.
