About The Position

The Lead Product Analyst will analyze a variety of inputs, including stakeholder interviews, user feedback, analytics data, process documentation, and business strategy materials to develop a holistic understanding of digital product needs. This role involves decomposing high-level objectives or abstract concepts into detailed, structured business and functional requirements that can be implemented by development teams. The analyst will evaluate and reconcile conflicting inputs from various sources to identify the true underlying business needs and user value. Additionally, the position requires summarizing complex information into executive-level insights, providing clarity to senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making. The analyst will conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviors, user journeys, operational workflows, and system-level interactions to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Management Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields.
  • Five years of experience in a related occupation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze a variety of inputs to develop a holistic understanding of digital product needs.
  • Decompose high-level objectives into detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Evaluate and reconcile conflicting inputs to identify true business needs.
  • Summarize complex information into executive-level insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviors and operational workflows.
  • Utilize dashboards to inform requirements and validate hypotheses.
  • Work closely with product managers to define product success metrics.
  • Author clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI design teams to co-create wireframes and user journey flows.
  • Partner with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and trade-offs.
  • Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders across various teams.
  • Support sprint planning and backlog refinement activities.
  • Proactively identify risks related to unclear requirements and mitigate them.
  • Monitor scope changes throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior analysts.
  • Lead internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of internal frameworks and analysis standards.
