About The Position

The position involves leading end-to-end process redesign initiatives, focusing on the analysis, redesign, and digitization of complex, paper-based workflows. The role requires ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and user needs. The individual will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, serving as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and resolve barriers to drive consensus on process improvements. Additionally, the role includes ensuring quality, risk mitigation, and compliance by identifying process risks and inefficiencies, prioritizing corrective actions, and ensuring that all redesigned workflows meet data governance, security, and accessibility requirements. The individual will also manage project timelines and deliverables, overseeing project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure timely delivery of process maps, workflow designs, implementation plans, and training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in process engineering
  • Experience moving processes from paper to digital tools
  • Experience collaborating with internal IT departments
  • Experience designing systems with union collective bargaining agreements and labor relations sensitivities
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities
