As the Lead Process Engineer for Shaped Tube Electrolytic Machining (STEM), you will be the process owner responsible for leading STEM roadmap actions, qualifying and optimizing processes, and sustaining high-yield, safe, and cost-effective ECM/STEM production. You will work closely with senior engineers and lead cross-functional teams to drive project execution. As well as, mentor engineers/technicians, driving safety and quality compliance, to deliver measurable improvements in capability, throughput, and cost.
