The Role As a Lead/Principal UX Designer for Agentforce, you will be a key contributor shaping the behavioral architecture that defines how Employee Agents interact across Salesforce. You will collaborate with design and technical leaders to define the patterns that guide how agents communicate, hand off work, use memory, and coordinate in real time. Your work will help establish industry-defining experiences that enable enterprise workforces to plan, execute, and collaborate effectively with autonomous agents. You'll work by making, using prototypes to explore possibilities, validate assumptions, and chart the path toward coherent, scalable agent experiences. Your contributions will help ensure agent behaviors and interactions scale across clouds, surfaces, and customer workflows, creating experiences that feel reliable, intentional, and valuable wherever they appear.
