About The Position

Join our incredible team at Royal Caribbean Group as a Lead, Pricing, Promotions & Revenue Operations. This full-time position is based in Miami and reports to the Manager, Revenue Technology & Operations. The role involves developing insights and delivering solutions to drive performance improvement across the enterprise, focusing on revenue enhancement, operational efficiency, and performance improvement for the Royal Caribbean brand. As an internal consultant, you will work closely with various departments including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Trade Support to complete both tactical and strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or master's degree (MA) preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university required, preferably in a quantitative discipline.
  • Four to six years of related experience in financial/business analysis or related field preferred.
  • Understanding of Revenue Management concepts and tools or basic economics.
  • Previous experience with Sales, Marketing, Analytics preferred but not required.
  • Experience in implementing system enhancements and decision-making tools preferred but not required.
  • Ability to develop and deliver high quality, clear and concise presentations.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Brio Intelligence/Hyperion Studio, Toad Oracle SQL, PowerBI, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to accept immediate product and project responsibility.
  • Ability to operate in a team environment and manage multiple projects and responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of reservations system and revenue management data preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated maturity.
  • Aptitude for problem solving and problem identification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, communicate, and drive forward operational improvements for the Royal brand from a BRMS/promotional expertise.
  • Create KPIs for first in industry projects without common benchmarks or reliable data.
  • Manage a team executing integrated audits to determine the effectiveness of global promotions.
  • Drive implementation of new systems, procedures, and processes as a brand systems expert.
  • Leverage relationships across data teams to establish trustworthy database resources for measuring promotional initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure accuracy of tools, including automated Power BI reporting for Revenue Management.
  • Conduct continuous analysis on revenue performance of ongoing Revenue Management Projects.
  • Identify new revenue-generating opportunities through research and analyses; build business cases for growth initiatives.
  • Translate and develop overall story to deliver to stakeholders across various departments.
  • Project manage timelines and meetings with stakeholders to ensure projects remain on time and on budget.
  • Act as a liaison for Casino, Marketing, and E-commerce departments for all revenue initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities to drive and improve revenue, presenting findings to Management.
  • Prepare and deliver performance updates to Senior Leadership regularly.
  • Spearhead growth initiatives through change management with stakeholders.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
