The Lead Pricing and Contracting, Biologics will be responsible for developing and deploying pricing strategies and managing contracting processes across key accounts such as Payers, PBMs, GPOs, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), institutional/community clinic practices and other provider networks. The person will direct the pricing and reimbursement strategy for new launches and in-line products, own the tactical execution of the same to achieve the brand objectives and to drive profitable growth for Dr. Reddy's Biologics portfolio in the US. The role will work closely with Market Access, Sales, Finance and Government pricing teams, drive the pricing committee by leveraging financial analysis for upcoming Biosimilar and Biologic launches. The person will play quarterback for the contracting process, working collaboratively with Payer and GPO account teams, Field Sales, External customers, Legal and contract teams. The role will report to the Head of Commercial Strategy, Pricing and Analytics. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of pricing, reimbursement and contracting dynamics in the Buy & Bill Biologics space. Strong expertise in managed care landscape across medical and pharmacy benefit, commercial and government payer segments is required. Experience in in handling Biosimilars would be an added advantage.
