The Lead Prevention & Food and Transportation Assistant provides daily operational support and frontline coordination across three critical service areas of the Kentucky Ryan White Part B Program for the Bowling Green location: HIV prevention and education, client transportation, and food pantry operations. This role ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery while also serving as a key support resource for departmental staff. In addition to maintaining a reduced service workload, the Lead assists with training, oversees daily logistics, supports adherence to CDC and Ryan White program guidelines, and performs quality checks to ensure service accuracy. The role also helps maintain community partnerships that are essential to prevention outreach and supportive services.
