About The Position

Ditsch is a global bakery brand known for authentic German pretzels and baked snacks. Were expanding in the U.S. and opening a new location inside Jungle Jims Eastgate in January! Were looking for a hands-on Lead Pretzel Pro to lead day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, food service experience, and a passion for quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of food service or retail management experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work weekends

• ServSafe certification a plus
