About The Position

EMR is seeking an experienced Lead Pressure Washing Technician to oversee daily pressure washing operations and guide a team of technicians in delivering high-quality cleaning services for heavy equipment. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on pressure washing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead and coordinate field projects from start to finish. This role pays $25 - 30/hr The Lead Technician will plan routes, assign team members to job sites, operate industrial-grade pressure washing equipment, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Requirements

Strong experience operating and troubleshooting pressure washing equipment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a small team.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of two years of pressure washing experience required.
1–2 years of experience towing or driving a landscape trailer or similar vehicle.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating Kärcher (Hotsy brand) or comparable industrial-grade pressure washers preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate Kärcher (Hotsy brand) or comparable industrial-grade pressure washers to clean heavy equipment and machinery.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee pressure washing projects from start to finish.
Assign technicians to job sites and tasks based on skill level and project needs.
Complete scheduled routes in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct inspections before, during, and after projects to ensure thorough cleaning and job completion.
Maintain accurate records of job sites, equipment cleaned, and any issues encountered.
Perform equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of pressure washing systems.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
Safely operate a utility truck with a 16-foot trailer to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
Support team members and step in to assist with hands-on work when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
