About The Position
Are you passionate about shaping young minds in a fun and nurturing environment? The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. We're offering a $750 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates who join our center. (Bonus paid after 90 days of successful employment.) At The Learning Experience, "happy happens here" for both children and teachers. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will have the opportunity to create an engaging learning environment where children can learn, play, and grow while leading and mentoring a supportive classroom team.
Requirements
- Completion of the 45-hour DCF training and exams (required)
- Minimum of one year of professional teaching experience (required)
- High school diploma or GED (required); Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and development

Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum to make learning fun and purposeful
- Guide and support assistant teachers in daily classroom activities
- Build strong, positive relationships with families and teammates
- Communicate regularly with parents about each child's progress and milestones
