About The Position

We are seeking a Lead-Qualified Preschool Teacher to join our team in Oak Creek. This role requires a Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher . Director qualified is a strong plus . This position is ideal for an experienced educator who is confident leading a classroom, mentoring team members, and creating a structured, engaging learning environment that prepares children for kindergarten.

Requirements

• Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher (required)
• Lead Teacher qualified under Wisconsin licensing
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous preschool lead teaching experience strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

• ECE degree preferred
• Director qualified is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a preschool classroom
• Plan and implement lessons using our L.E.A.P. curriculum
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Observe and document student progress
• Communicate regularly with families
• Guide and support Assistant Teachers
• Maintain compliance with licensing and school standards
