About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our Preschool. Requirements

• At least 2+ years of professional teaching experience in a childcare facility and caring for infants and/or babies (required).
• CPR and first aid certification.
• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
• CDA Credential: A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from the Council for Professional Recognition.
• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
• Technical College Diploma (TCD) or Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• 3-4 years of experience with babies is preferred.
• Other credentials such as 25 quarter hours or 15 semester hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for 1 year old babies.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's adventures and achievements.
