Requirements
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Strong communication, dependability, and a collaborative mindset
- A genuine passion for helping young children thrive

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging daily instruction through play-based, age-appropriate learning
- Maintain strong communication with parents, including evaluations and report cards
- Create a safe, structured, nurturing classroom environment
- Support children’s social-emotional growth and kindergarten readiness
- Collaborate closely with assistant teachers to build an exceptional classroom team
- Support the Lead Teacher with classroom routines, activities, and transitions
- Help maintain a warm, positive learning environment
- Build strong relationships with children and fellow staff
- Contribute to a supportive and professional team culture
