The Lead, Pre-Cruise Revenue will provide pricing and inventory decisions for the Pre-Cruise Planner (PCP) for all products offered on the platform (Beverage, Shore Excursion, Internet, Dining, Spa, Photo, etc.) for the Royal Caribbean International brand. This role plays a pivotal part in current and future system enhancements to ensure that the brand is maximizing revenue opportunities. The individual will be responsible for commercial ownership and execution excellence across all pre-cruise onboard revenue areas, driving strategic planning, pricing and promotion accuracy, team development, and the integration of AI-enabled tools to scale decision-making, forecasting, and execution.
