About The Position

This position assists in maintaining the overall productivity of the cone lines. The Lead person assists the supervisor in the general operation of the production line. This position fills-in as necessary to cover absenteeism, breaks, and emergencies, coordinates/trains new hires, assists in exercise training, and monitors 2 to 3 minute exercise sessions three times per shift.

Requirements

• Must have 3 months work history in the last 12 months.
• Number of Times Worked at Tyson: You can apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than three times.
• Failed Drug Screen - If you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.
• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
