About The Position

Looking for a leadership role in a fun, fast-paced summer environment? The Club at Tartan Fields is seeking a motivated and dependable Lead Pool Café Attendant to help deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests at our poolside café. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is ready to lead a small team while staying hands-on with daily operations. At Tartan Fields, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. As the Lead Pool Café Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality food preparation, and outstanding service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old
• Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great service

• Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience

Responsibilities

• Open and close the pool café, ensuring all procedures are followed
• Prep food items and ingredients needed for daily service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the café
• Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
• Oversee and support pool café team members during service
• Maintain high service standards for members and guests
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to leadership
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef
• Assist with daily setup, service execution, and breakdown
