Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in residential plumbing installation; prior lead or foreman experience preferred
- Skills: Water heater installs, repipes, sewer/water line replacement, fixture installation; gas piping a plus
- Leadership: Ability to train and guide apprentices/helpers
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and solution-driven
- Physical Ability: Able to work in hot/cold/wet conditions and lift equipment as needed
- Tech-Friendly: Experience with ServiceTitan a plus
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Lead residential plumbing installation projects from start to finish
- Install water heaters (tank and tankless), piping systems, fixtures, and sump pumps
- Perform repipes, sewer and water line replacements, and remodel installations
- Review job scopes and materials before arrival to ensure readiness
- Supervise installers/apprentices and provide coaching in the field
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, dispatch, and management
- Ensure work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Keep truck inventory stocked and organized
- Complete paperwork and job documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service
- Occasionally participate in on-call rotation
