About The Position

We are currently seeking a Lead Platform Engineer (w/ GCP expertise) to join our team remotely in the US. How You'll Help Us:​ A Senior Platform Engineer is first and foremost a software developer who specializes in the domain of the processes and resources necessary to enable the development, build, test, deploy, and release of changes to enterprise applications delivered to market while ensuring this occurs as frequently as needed, with the least amount of error possible, and the maximum uptime. Our product, a dynamic virtual platform and its resources include an automated software factory, its logistics and utilities, a digital showroom, and consumer feedback loops. Our customers encompass the entire IT organization including ourselves.​ Job Description: We're seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with deep hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and networking. This role requires strong proficiency in Terraform and a solid understanding of cloud-native services, automation practices, and design for high availability.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Exp in Strong hands-on experience with Terraform in GCP environments
  • 5+ Years of Exp in Deep understanding of GCP networking and hybrid connectivity
  • 4+ Years of Exp in Proven experience with the listed GCP services
  • 4+ Years of Exp in Experience with Azure Pipelines and ArgoCD
  • 4+ Years of Exp in Expertise in secrets management and service account provisioning
  • 4+ Years of Exp in Experience designing and operating high availability and fault-tolerant systems
  • Solid grasp of infrastructure automation and GitOps practices

Nice To Haves

  • GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer)

Responsibilities

  • Design, provision, and manage GCP infrastructure using Terraform
  • Build and support high availability and active-active systems across multiple regions
  • Configure and maintain networking components including VPCs, subnets, and Google Interconnect
  • Provision and manage GCP services: Dataflow for data processing GKE for container orchestration Cloud Spanner for distributing databases Pub/Sub for messaging Cloud Run for serverless container deployment
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using: Azure Pipelines ArgoCD for GitOps workflows
  • Manage secrets and credentials securely across environments
  • Provision and manage GCP service accounts with appropriate IAM roles
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure performance
