Infinity Rehab is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist for multiple programs in the Denver area including Clermont Park, Shalom Park, Holly Creek Retirement Community and Sunny Vista in Colorado Springs. Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy
- State license
- We welcome new graduates to this program and will provide mentorship as you learn your role and grow as a therapist
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience as a PT
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
- Lead and provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders
- Lead and coach PTs and PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients
