About The Position

Lead the delivery of quality patient care and adherence to policies, procedures and therapy protocols. Actively participate in the process of monitoring, guiding and evaluating staff performance. Contribute to the efficient operation of the department by assisting with coordinating activities, prioritizing workflow and promoting decision-making and problem solving. Perform the duties of a physical therapist. Provide consultation for and/or management of patients requiring complex or advanced treatment. Serve as a positive role model for staff and patients by working with them to promote teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1 year of experience required.
