About The Position
The position involves a variety of responsibilities centered around pharmacy operations and patient care. The individual will be expected to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a courteous and friendly environment. The role includes supervising and mentoring pharmacy technicians and clerks, managing pharmacy workflows, and ensuring compliance with California Pharmacy Law. The individual will also be responsible for tracking productivity metrics, identifying operational bottlenecks, and maintaining documentation related to pharmacy staff.
