About The Position

Lead Pharmacy Technician (Claims, Cycles, & Calendars Mgmt) Full-Time Position Do you have strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for improving processes? We are looking for a full-time Lead Pharmacy Technician to oversee Pharmacy Technicians handling claims and cycles while ensuring efficient cycle fill, calendar, and claims operations. As a CCC Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring billing accuracy, workflow efficiency, and team accountability within the department. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician license or eligibility for the Pharmacy Technician program
Proficiency in Frameworks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in medical billing, long-term care pharmacy, or healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party reimbursement guidelines preferred
Prior team leadership experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Leading, managing, and holding accountable direct reports (Cycle Fill Technician, Cycle Fill/Calendar Technician, and Billing Claims Processor)
Managing and assisting in the Cycle Fill, Calendar, and Claims processes
Performing and overseeing batch checks
Training team members on new processes and ensuring proficiency across department functions
Coordinating with other departments to address issues and implement solutions
Maintaining compliance with all governmental, regulatory, and company billing policies
Responding effectively to challenges and adapting to operational needs
Other duties as assigned
