About The Position

As a Lead Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing safe and high-quality bathing and grooming services to customers' pets. You will also ensure excellent customer service, providing the highest level of client and team support. Leading the charge to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming groom shop is essential, along with participating in groomer performance management activities with the Store Manager. Additionally, you will be involved in the onboarding and orientation of new groomers.

Requirements

• Management or leadership experience.
• 3 years of professional Pet Grooming experience (required).
• Pet Grooming experience must be highlighted within your resume to be considered for this role.
• Must be willing to provide photos of previous animals groomed.
• Must always professionally handle all pets in a safe and humane manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and high-quality bathing and grooming services to customers' pets.
• Excellent customer service providing the highest level of client and team support.
• Lead the charge to ensure the groom shop is clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers and groomers.
• Participate and contribute to groomer performance management activities with the Store Manager.
• New groomer onboarding and orientation.
