About The Position
As a Lead Personal Care Attendant (Lead PCA) at myPlace Health, you will be at the heart of our care team—delivering high-quality, person-centered support to older adults in our clinic, day center, and home settings. In addition to assisting with daily living activities, you’ll serve as a mentor to fellow PCAs, offering guidance, encouragement, and hands-on training to ensure every participant receives the compassionate care they deserve. You’ll collaborate closely with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and PCA Supervisor to help coordinate care, maintain smooth daily operations, and create a safe, supportive environment for all. This is a hands-on leadership role where your voice matters, your presence makes a difference, and your dedication to medically complex and frail older adults helps shape their daily experience.
