About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You’ll Be Doing Lead daily pit operations to ensure safe, efficient material production Coordinate workflow, equipment usage, and task assignments for pit personnel Monitor product quality and adjust processes to maintain operational standards Support equipment troubleshooting and communicate maintenance needs Promote a strong safety culture through consistent guidance and oversight
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate work in a production environment
- Strong commitment to safety practices and continuous improvement
- Capability to operate and understand heavy equipment used in pit operations
- Effective communication skills to support teamwork and operational clarity
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
