Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to do basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some roles prefer higher education)
  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food production environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in cold, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification within 3 weeks
  • Must be able to lift to 30-60lbs repetitively and stand/walk for extended periods in various temperatures
  • Must be proficient in counting & attention to detail, computer skills preferred
  • Must read & write English; Math skill is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations, food safety standards, and proper documentation
  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily warehouse activities, including loading/unloading trucks, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Team Mentorship: Train new employees, conduct shift handovers, and provide guidance to staff
  • Inventory & Logistics: Maintain accurate inventory records (FIFO, housekeeping) and coordinate with production planning to ensure timely, efficient operations
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts
