We are seeking qualified candidates for Lead Person - 2nd Shift (Monday to Thursday - 4 PM to 2:30 AM) at our Byhalia, Mississippi Distribution Center. The Lead Person will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks as assigned by the Operations Supervisor. This person shall be responsible for accuratelypleting all shipping documentation and/or all system entries.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Proven ability to show high attention to detail.
• Must have demonstrated leadership abilities.

Nice To Haves

• WMS experience, HighJump Preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience
• Forklift Certified Preferred

Responsibilities

• Training new hires on proper driving techniques and work processes.
• Verifying containers in the dock door at the start of shift.
• Assigning work according to daily priorities.
• Ensuring that team members follow all safety rules.
• Assistant at the shipping desk as needed.
• May be required to load, unload, and put away, as needed.
