Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Be the first point of care that truly makes a difference. Join us as a Lead Patient Service Specialist and help shape an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. What's Available: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10‑hour day shifts; rotating hours between 6:00 AM–5:00 PM with one weekday off Weekend Rotation: Twice every 9 weeks, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM Holidays: Rotating Location: On‑site in La Crosse, WI and Onalaska, WI What you will do: Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top level customer service. Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.
