Provides exquisite customer service to AHS patients and families by promptly, professionally, and accurately responding to patient and payer inquiries and requests. Supports the customer-focused revenue cycle process by conducting audits and providing targeted employee training based on needs identified by audits, PFS team or leadership, bill edits, AhiQa data, or feedback from patients/families and internal customers.
