About The Position
Mid Coast Medical Group - Surgical Care | MaineHealth is looking for a Lead Patient Service Specialist! The Lead Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met and assists with day-to-day routine issues. The Lead Patient Service Specialist ensures communications of policies and procedures are communicated to the rest of the staff and acts as a coach/mentor for administrative care team members.
