This position monitors the day-to-day operations of the Patient Access Central Scheduling Team. Utilizes leadership skills to support staff, solve problems, make decisions and work productively with the supervisor and other departments within the organization. Leads and coordinates education of the scheduling staff. Oversees the quality and quantity of workflow to ensure completion of work assignments promoting efficiency and improving quality.
