About The Position

We remain driven by our value of excellence in quality care for all and fostering a culture that embraces dignity of all. Under the supervision of the Manager of Homeless Programs, the Lead Patient Care Assistant (PCA) will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate all PCA's in the program, and will maintain staff schedule to ensure appropriate shift coverage. The Lead PCA will become proficient in all PCA tasks to ensure staff are properly trained. The Lead PCA will participate in on-call after hours. The PCA will help facilitate the safety, maintenance, and rules of the Engagement Center.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in a related field, preferred.
  • Training and certification in law enforcement, correctional or security environments, preferred.
  • Minimum three years' experience in related field, preferred.
  • CDCA or equivalent, preferred.
