About The Position

Under general supervision coordinates operations of the PASR team in a manner that facilitates efficient and patient focused scheduling of services. Coordinates education, workflow enhancement to ensure organizational objectives. Requires a focus on customer service during all patient and staff interactions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a receptionist/assistant or customer service field is required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Effective communication skills, oral and written required.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong proactive organizational skills a must.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of prior informal or formal leadership experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a medical/healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio is preferred.
