The Lead Patient Access Representative will help coordinate all aspects of Patient Access to ensure a customer-focused, quality-conscious work climate. This position's primary function is to assess the educational needs of the department and individual team members. The Lead is responsible for onboarding new hires, developing training materials, providing statistical data to leadership, completing team member audits, and providing coverage in patient access areas. The Lead will act as a liaison for team members and supervisors, serving as the first point of contact for process and procedural concerns. This role requires participation in an on-call rotation within the department.
