About The Position
The Lead Pastor at Spring Branch Community Church is responsible for preaching, teaching, and leading the church's vision and mission. This role involves shepherding the community spiritually and relationally, collaborating with a worship team, and ensuring the church's growth and stability under the guidance of the Board of Elders. The Lead Pastor is expected to model a strong relationship with Jesus and engage actively in the church's mission to teach the Bible and make disciples.
