About The Position
The Lead Pastor at Eugene Alliance Church is responsible for delivering the Word of God with accuracy and enthusiasm, fostering a Spirit-filled community, and demonstrating strong leadership and shepherding skills. This full-time position requires a commitment to peacemaking and reconciliation, as well as regular consultation with the Lord and others in the church community.
